We've all had our rebellious moments - when staying at home was the biggest problem. Milosh has his first epiphany at the age of 4.5.
It was a relaxed Sunday evening. Milosh was watching the classic Lion King. It was dinner time and I had given him some pasta. He was supposed to be eating by himself - but he was too busy watching. So I decided to feed him a few bites. He turned his face - he really wanted to eat by himself - and said - If you feed me I will run away from home, just like Simba ran away.
Anuj and I watched with round eyes for a bit - curbing our smiles. Anuj explained to him - Simba ran away from home because he thought he killed his dad; I added, not because his mom fed him pasta.
Oh, the pride of my little boy!
